By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

A Flood of Love ("we," "us," or "our") provides educational content, coaching, and community support for couples and individuals seeking to improve their relationships. Our services include but are not limited to:
The Connected Couple Membership Program
Live group coaching calls
Recorded lessons, coaching call replays, and training materials
Action worksheets, conversation guides, and reflection tools
Access to a private member community
Important: Our programs are educational in nature. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, or medical professionals. Our content does not constitute therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling. If you or your partner are experiencing a mental health crisis, abuse, or any situation requiring professional intervention, please seek qualified help immediately.
2. Membership & Billing
Subscription
The Connected Couple Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at the current rate of $49/month (USD). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds will be issued. To cancel, follow the instructions inside your member account or email us at the address provided in the Contact section.
Price changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. If we change the subscription price, we will notify you at least 14 days before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the membership after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until the payment is resolved. We are not responsible for any fees your bank or payment provider may charge as a result of failed transactions.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on membership fees, digital products, or coaching sessions once access has been provided.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
4. Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
Each membership is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing member content is prohibited.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
The Connected Couple membership includes access to a community space. By participating, you agree to:
Respect confidentiality. What is shared inside the community stays inside the community. Do not share, screenshot, or discuss other members' stories outside the group.
Be respectful. No shaming, name-calling, unsolicited advice, judgment, or personal attacks toward any member or their partner.
No promotion or spam. Do not use the community to sell, recruit, or promote outside products and services without explicit permission.
Stay safe. If you or someone in the group appears to be in danger or crisis, encourage them to seek professional help. Do not attempt to act as a therapist or counselor.
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines, without refund, at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, membership, coaching calls, worksheets, guides, replays, and any other materials is the intellectual property of A Flood of Love and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own private, non-commercial use only.
7. Disclaimer of Results
While our programs have helped many couples and individuals, we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Every relationship is unique. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and individual circumstances. Testimonials and examples on our website represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Flood of Love and its owners, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship outcomes, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A Flood of Love, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (payment processors, video hosting, community platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or content of any third-party service. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
11. Modifications to Services & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify members by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, rather than in court.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and A Flood of Love regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
